Being Awarded with "PV Cell/Module Technical-Breakout Award"!

  • On November 7th-8th, the 8th China Photovoltaic Industry Forum and the 2023 Photovoltaic Brand Ceremony were grandly held in Linyi, Shandong. HY SOLAR, with our strong R&D capabilities in N-type technological and innovative efficiency in photovoltaic products was honored with the "2023 Annual Photovoltaic Cell/Module Technical Breakthrough Award".

    The annual brand event, initiated by the authoritative energy industry media platform in-en.com in 2016, aims to encourage technological innovation and brand building in the solar photovoltaic industry and recognize outstanding contributions made by companies to the sustained development of the industry. This time, HY SOLAR stood out among numerous enterprises, clinching the "2023 Annual Photovoltaic Cell/Module Technical Breakthrough Award." This prestigious award fully acknowledges the long-standing R&D strength and outstanding achievements of HY SOLAR in the field of new energy photovoltaic.

    The 8th China Photovoltaic Industry Forum 


    HY SOLAR, in line with the development trends in the photovoltaic industry, has been focusing on N-type TOPCon cell technology for many years. As of now, we have successfully deployed advanced cell production capacity of 19 GW and module production capacity of 21 GW. The TOPCon cells of HY SOLAR incorporate innovative technologies such as a new PECVD poly deposition technique, efficient SE technology, and multi-layer dielectric film structure tech to achieve high-performance cells through technological innovation. Throughout the production process, a comprehensive quality control system has been implemented, enabling traceability for each cell. With breakthroughs in cell technology, the efficiency continues to improve. The N-type cells of HY SOLAR achieve a mass-production efficiency of 25.8%, placing them at the leading position of the industry.

    Cost reduction and efficiency improvement, along with technological breakthroughs, are the core for HY SOLAR. The independently developed and manufactured high-efficiency solar cells lay a solid foundation for efficient and stable modules. This year, HY SOLAR has launched the HT series module brand, aiming to create photovoltaic module products that integrate high efficiency, high power output, and high reliability. The product range covers various scenarios, including residential rooftops, commercial and industrial application, and large-scale solar stations. The HT series utilizes advanced technologies such as SMBB & half-cell technology, non-destructive cutting technology, and high-density cells encapsulating technology.

    Our N-TOPCon modules can achieve a maximum efficiency of 22.6%. Currently, HY SOLAR modules are in high demand globally and have successfully been shipped overseas to service for projects in Pakistan and Europe, as well as domestic photovoltaic projects in Yunnan and Guangdong, receiving praise and recognition from partners for the outstanding product performance and service.
