HT Series Modules Unlock New Application Scenarios

  • As China’s dual carbon goals gain momentum and the integrated development of “generation-grid-load-storage” accelerates, photovoltaics are rapidly expanding into more complex and diverse environments—ranging from marine surfaces to deserts and highways. These emerging scenarios impose increasingly stringent requirements on module performance, reliability, customization, and lifecycle durability.

    To meet the diverse demands of segmented markets, HY SOLAR unveiled three specialized HT series modules at the 2025 SNEC exhibition—anti-dust, anti-glare, and marine-specific modules. With targeted upgrades in materials, structure, and manufacturing processes, these modules offer tailored solutions that enable customers to achieve stable and efficient green energy generation, even in the most challenging environments

    Anti-Dust Module: Lower O&M, More Stable Output

    In regions frequently exposed to sandstorms and heavy dust pollution, surface soiling can significantly block sunlight, lower energy yield, and increase cleaning frequency and O&M costs—posing a serious threat to long-term system stability.

    The 182/72 anti-dust module features a short-edge frameless design that minimizes dust accumulation at the edges. This innovative structure facilitates natural dust removal and rainwater rinsing, reducing the risk of buildup. Coupled with optimized drainage, the module delivers superior anti-soiling performance, effectively mitigating light transmittance loss and extending cleaning intervals—ultimately reducing O&M costs.

    Electrically, the module integrates high-efficiency N-type TOPCon cell technology, achieving a maximum conversion efficiency of 24.0% and a bifaciality rate of up to 85%. Even in dust-prone, fluctuating light conditions, it ensures consistent and efficient power output.

    Anti-Glare Module: Reduced Reflection, Broader Compatibility

    As “PV + transportation” projects scale up, glare control has become a critical design consideration. To reduce visual disturbance and improve application compatibility, HY SOLAR introduced its 210R/66 anti-glare module.

    The module features specially textured glass that scatters light more softly on the surface, significantly reducing mirror-like reflection and mitigating visibility issues for drivers, pedestrians, and other users. It also employs high-transmittance, low-iron tempered glass and a composite encapsulation structure, which enhance light absorption while reducing reflection losses—boosting overall energy yield.

    Designed to meet the safety needs of sensitive environments, the anti-glare module maintains excellent photoelectric performance, making it ideal for “PV + transportation,” “PV + public facilities,” and other integrated use cases.

    Marine Module: Stronger Protection, Longer Lifespan

    Marine environments are notorious for high salinity, humidity, and corrosion—posing extreme challenges for PV modules. 182/72 marine module is engineered for such harsh conditions, incorporating a dual-coated glass front, AA20-grade anodized aluminum frame, and EPE+EPE encapsulant with high volume resistivity. This “three-high, three-resistant” protection system significantly enhances environmental resilience.

    With a high power output of 620W and conversion efficiency reaching 24%, the module is certified under TÜV Rheinland’s 2PfG 2930/02.23 offshore PV standard. It has also passed rigorous tests, including level-8 salt spray, level-17 wind resistance, 35mm hail impact, and triple HF/TC/DH stress cycles—ensuring reliable long-term performance in marine PV systems.
