110MW! First Order of HP series Modules Delivered

At the end of May, HY SOLAR has delivered 545W/550W PERC modules for an 110MW PV power station project in Dali, Yunnan province. The modules delivered is 545W/550W 182 PERC PV modules of HY SOLAR HP series. HY SOLAR delivered the first order of the scale over 100MW as soon as 2023 SNEC come to the end, which undoubtedly showed the high recognition of HYSOLAR module products and the determination of HY SOLAR to explore the market.

The total volume of the wind-PV project is roughly 300MW, which is located in Dali city, Yunnan province, with a relatively high altitude, high temperature and humidity in summer and good lighting conditions throughout the whole year. However, the general topography of the site is complex, with mountains and valleys alternating with each other, and some areas are even located in remote mountains, making it a typical project of “green electricity generated in green forests”.

Although the construction and operation of this project are difficult, it will provide strong support for the supply of local green power and further improve the local green energy system after its completion. The Project Leader of HY SOLAR said: “The project in Dali, Yunnan is the first order received by HY SOLAR’s module products and also the first order we delivered after SNEC exhibition this year. This year has been a very crucial year for HY SOALR to expand module product market share, and we will assist in the implementation of more high-quality projects in the future.”

The 182 PERC 72 pcs modules of HP series delivered in this project adopted half-cell and MBB technology, which can be applied to large-scale ground power station and industrial/commercial distributed application scenarios.. The product is economical with efficiency up to 21.3%, the maximum output power up to 560W, so optimal LCOE can be achieved.

In addition to the delivery of this project, HY SOLAR module products have been unanimously recognized and praised by the PV industry. In April this year, HY SOLAR was shortlisted for the procurement of photovoltaic module equipment by CNNC in 2023. This also shows that although HY SOLAR is a new player in the module track, it has opened a new situation of sales in a bold way. In the future, HY SOLAR will create more high-efficiency module products applicable to different scenarios, helping customers to reduce the LCOE while meeting more demands of partners.
