HY SOLAR once again obtains ISO QMS/EMS/OHSAS certifications!

Lean management escorts excellent quality. HY SOLAR recently won the “ISO three-standard” certified by the TÜV SÜD successfully, showcasing high-quality comprehensive management capabilities as always.

HY SOLAR won the “ISO three-standard” certification

The “ISO three-standard” includes the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard, and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard. Winning ISO QMS/EMS/OHSAS certifications again reflects the international standard management level and quality control capabilities of HY SOLAR. We are able to consistently provide customers with higher quality products and supporting services in a scientifically effective manner.

The “ISO three-standard”, also known as “Integrated Triple Certification”, is a certification system developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) based on relevant international, national, industry, and enterprise standards. It includes the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. This certification system provides a comprehensive standardized recognition of an enterprise's overall management capabilities, and its results are widely recognized worldwide.

Quality Management System, with a focus on the enterprise's quality management capability. It emphasizes the importance of prioritizing quality, showcasing a good brand image of the enterprise, and ensuring the stability of service quality.

ISO14001

Environmental Management System, centered around the production environment, pollution control, and energy conservation. Obtaining this certification signifies the company's capability in green, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly practices. It indicates the company's responsibility to society by showcasing resource conservation, low pollution, or even pollution-free processes during service delivery. 

ISO45001

Occupational Health and Safety Management System, with a core focus on the health and safety of the company's employees. Certification in this area reflects the company's commitment to employee welfare, safety measures, and safeguards. It aims to ensure a production process with minimal or zero accidents and occupational diseases, thereby portraying a responsible image towards the employees.

This time, the “ISO three-standard” validating process of HY SOLAR took more than a month and involved comprehensive assessments and internal and external audits at HY SOLAR Wuxi headquarters. The external auditing organization chosen for this certification was the globally renowned third-party inspection and certification institution, TÜV SÜD Group. Leveraging years of accumulated management experience, along with progressive and innovative practices, HY SOLAR successfully navigated through the stringent certification process and once again secured the ISO three-standard certification.

As a well-established manufacturing enterprise with over two decades of history, HY SOLAR consistently adheres to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Through the establishment of a standardized, efficient, and scientific internal management system over the years, we have achieved the integration of the entire process chain in the production of photovoltaic products. This ensures traceability of products and guarantees quality and safety. Simultaneously, HY SOLAR actively incorporates the "green" concept into its production by using green electricity in the manufacturing process. We also adopt carbon emissions tracking system though the whole production line to achieve maximum carbon reduction. This ISO three-standard certification is a testament to the results accumulated by HY SOLAR over many years.
