Leveraging HY SOLAR’s complete industry layout, each stage is meticulously coordinated for improved performance. At the cell level, we use self-produced low-oxygen-grade silicon wafers and introduce LECO laser-assisted sintering technology, improving cell production efficiency by 26.8%. At the module level, gap-laminating technology is used to effectively reduce shading on the back of the cells, enhancing the overall module efficiency.
Beyond performance advantages, HY SOLAR offers diversified model designs tailored to different application scenarios. The NT10/54 model is specifically designed for small rooftops and complex spaces, achieving higher installation density through flexible layouts. For the common small-format needs in distributed applications, the newly upgraded TOPCon bifacial modules achieve a perfect balance between performance and lightweight design through technological innovation. The module uses a 1.6mm ultra-thin coated glass design. For example, the 1762mm×1234mm small format achieves a conversion efficiency of up to 23.3%, matching the performance of conventional models, yet weighing only 21kg—14.3% lighter than traditional 2.0mm bifacial products. This reduction in weight lowers installation and transportation costs, making it suitable for scenarios with stringent lightweight requirements.
At the same time, HY SOLAR controls product reliability through a three-fold IEC standard, including enhanced testing solutions such as TC600, DH3000, HF30, ensuring exceptional performance in harsh environments such as salt mist, high temperatures, and high humidity.
