The “Evaluation System for After-Sales Service of Commodity” is a systematic evaluation and strict assessment conducted by the China Quality Certification Center based on the national standard (GB/T 27922-2011). It evaluates enterprises from multiple dimensions such as after-sales service system, product service, and customer service. The certification results are highly authoritative. The certification levels are divided into four grades, with “five-star” being the highest. At the same time, they have passed tests for PID, salt mist, ammonia, sand, hail, and uneven snow load.
